Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TruCrest Management Firm ("TruCrest", "we") handles information collected through trucrestfirm.com. TruCrest provides management and technology consulting. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

Information we collect

Contact form. Your name, email address, optional company name, your message, the consent statement you accepted and the time you submitted it.
Technical information. To prevent abuse and record consent, we store a keyed one-way hash of your IP address, not the IP address itself. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting; these are rotated and deleted automatically within about 14 days.
Newsletter. Newsletter sign-up is not currently open and the site does not collect newsletter addresses. If we open it, we will require you to confirm your subscription by email before sending anything, and we will update this policy.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers.

How we use information

We use contact-form information only to read and respond to your inquiry, keep a record of the consent you gave, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored on a server operated for TruCrest by a commercial cloud hosting provider, in a database that encrypts personal fields at rest (AES-256-GCM). The site uses HTTPS. Only TruCrest personnel can view submissions, through a token-protected administration page. When a new inquiry arrives, TruCrest's internal operations dashboard receives a notice that contains no personal details. We reply from TruCrest's business email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them longer for an ongoing business relationship or legal obligation. Consent and do-not-contact records are kept as long as needed to honor your choices.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us not to contact you, by emailing admin@trucrestfirm.com. We may keep a one-way hash of your email address on a do-not-contact list so we can continue to honor your request.

Sensitive information

Please do not send confidential, financial, health or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
